Return-Policy

We would like that you are happy with your order Therefor we accept returns for exchange or store credit if you are not 100 % satisfied. We are here to assist you 24 hours a day with your return. However, if you ordered a dress and there are other issues please contact us and depending on the situation and the condition of the dress (still has the tags, has not been worn) usual and if you have any questions please contact us right away.

Please note on free shipping the cost will be deducted from store credit.

Bridal or Bridesmaid collections are not included.

Sizing

Sizes vary based on designer. Some dress may run larger or smaller than the sizes you are used to wearing. Always go over the size chart for each designer before you buy a dress. We recommend that you order a bigger size dress so that it can be taken in by a professional tailor. If you have any questions about sizes please contact us

All dresses on sale are finale anot not returnable or refundable.

Terms of Return

You have 72 hours from delivery day to contact us about returns. Upon being approved for return you will receive an authorization number that must be printed and send with the returned merchandise. We must receive the returns within three days of your approval or your returned item will not be accepted. It is the returnee’s responsibility to cover shipping costs.  There will be a $150 dollars restocking fee that will be subtracted for the store credit that you will receive for your return.  All items must not be damaged, tags not removed, not worn and have the garment bag with it. If the item does not meet these requirements then you will not be refunded the store credit.

Bridal or Bridesmaid collections are not included.

International orders: Any taxes, fees or any other extra costs that occur upon return will be the customer’s responsibility

Store Credit

Store credit for dressmeupny.com does not expire. When we receive your return we will send you an email with your store credit balance. When you wish to use your store credit you must have this email available and contact us about what dress you wish to purchase and we will personally place the order. NY leftover store credit can be used on future purchases (we will send you an email with your remaining store credit, store credit can never be exchanged for cash)

After you return an item

Once we receive your return, it can take 2-3 business days for processing and inspection before your store credit can be issued. When your store credit is ready for use we’ll send you a confirmation email with your total available balance. All on sale items are final sale.
